Be sure you are ordering the correct
thermal product. If you have any doubts about the thermal product
you are ordering please call and ask for test samples before ordering. The
return policy for all our thermal product is that we will only accept
returns for unopened cases and they must be returned within 30 days
of your receipt of the product. You will be charged a 25% restocking
fee ($20.00 minimum) plus the shipping
charges it cost to send the product to you. You are also responsible
for the shipping charges to return the product to us. All
other info in our regular return
