If you have an issue with your order for any reason you must contact us within 45 days of shipment to arrange for replacement or returns.
To return an item:
1) Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you will
put on the outside of the return package/s as well as on the paperwork
which must be included with the return (paperwork
is usually a copy of the invoice or packing slip).
2) You pay the costs to return the item.
3) You will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
4) If the item you are returning was a freight free item, you will also be charged for those original shipping costs.
The charges for #s 3 and 4 will be deducted from your original total before applying a credit back to your card.
