RETURN POLICY

If you have an issue with your order for any reason you must contact us within 45 days of shipment to arrange for replacement or returns.

To return an item:
(Returns accepted only for items shipped within the last 45 days.)

1) Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you will put on the outside of the return package/s as well as on the paperwork which must be included with the return (paperwork is usually a copy of the invoice or packing slip).

2) You pay the costs to return the item.

3) You will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

4) If the item you are returning was a freight free item, you will also be charged for those original shipping costs.

The charges for #s 3 and 4 will be deducted from your original total before applying a credit back to your card.
