Our quote guy for padded mailers is really, really old and just doesn't do email - but he LOVES the phone! If you call he'll be there at least 95% of the time and if he isn't there he WILL get back with you (unless some someone slips up and forgets to give him the message - sorry:)
Beatin' it up some more:When you email us, we must call the quote guy (cuz he doesn't do email), get your mailer quote and then email it back to you, all of which, of course, delays response time. THEN if you have more questions, you'll email us again, then we'll call him again, then we'll email you again...and so on. It could conceivably take a week or so to get a mailer quote all worked out this way. In reality, if you call him from the git-go it will save you lots of time in the long run. |
Braggin' a wee bit:It's usually pretty fun to call us - we don't do voicemail! When you call, a nice person will always answer the phone (unless you get that exception and he's the last one in the phone pecking order so your chances of that are slim and most of the time he's even kinda nice). |
